Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what information oemcentercaps.com collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep this short because our data footprint is small: this is a static information site with a contact inbox and a sourcing-request form.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us or submit the Cap Concierge form, we receive the details you provide — your name, email address, vehicle and cap details, and any photos you attach. We use it only to answer you or to source the cap you asked about.
- Nothing else, by default. We do not require accounts, we do not sell caps directly on this site, and we do not collect payment information here. If a Cap Concierge quote proceeds to an order, payment is arranged directly with you at that time.
Cookies and tracking
- Today: this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The Cap Finder is a static tool that runs entirely in your browser.
- Third-party links: when you follow a shopping link to a marketplace such as eBay, that site's own cookies and privacy policy apply from the moment you land there.
- Planned: we intend to add Google Analytics and Google AdSense. When active, Google may set cookies to measure traffic and to serve and personalize ads, as described in Google's own privacy documentation. This page will be updated before or when those services switch on, and an ads.txt file at this domain will identify the authorized seller.
Affiliate disclosure
oemcentercaps.com operates on a supplier/affiliate model: we stock nothing and sell nothing directly. Shopping links lead to third-party sellers. When our eBay Partner Network links are active, purchases made through them may earn us a commission from the seller at no extra cost to you. Links on this site are plain (non-affiliate) searches until that program is confirmed active.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or rent your information. Messages and sourcing requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain ordinary business records. For Cap Concierge sourcing, the cap details needed to obtain quotes (vehicle, part number, measurements, photos of the wheel/cap) may be shared with prospective suppliers for that purpose — never your contact details beyond what's needed to complete the order you approve.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information of yours we hold, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jtt.imports@hotmail.com. We will confirm by reply.
